Inside, you will find an open-plan sitting room and kitchen, an outdoor terrace area suitable for al fresco style dining, a double bedroom, shower room with wash handbasin and WC. The sitting room hosts a comfortable sofa bed and log burner
The cottage is located a stones-throw away from the river Tamar, the two local pubs serving great food, the Calstock railway station and a three minute walk from the Calstock boat yard and the shoreline of the river Tamar.

Fourteen Providence is in the heart of Calstock, a small village dominated by a spectacular viaduct, which carries the Tamar Valley Line, one of England's loveliest country rail branch lines. Travel in style to visit nearby Cotehele, an impressive Tudor mansion set high on the banks of the River Tamar, amidst an extensive estate with gardens and orchards. Take a ramble through the woodlands surrounding Cotehele, following planned routes.
Calstock also hosts an eclectic mix of music festivals and events .
Experience life in Victorian times first hand during a day out at Morwellham Quay, a fascinating, award-winning museum. There's a wealth of fun activities for all, such as: exploring the enchanting, historic village; travelling deep underground to venture into a copper mine; dressing up in period costumes.

area at the side of the house, a glorious sun trap in the morning.
Perfect for an al fresco breakfast.
Housekeeping
The house is cleaned and maintained by the owners ready for your arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning visits can be arranged for £30 including fresh laundry.
